Text from a voicemail:
Wanted to give you some good news...I played singles tonight...and was able to focus on my movement. and it was amazing, how smooth I got to the ball and ...how much better my shot was because , just like you said, I was balanced, and it was just amazing... I saw some really big gains tonight in my movement.
| Dear Jo;
You may or may not remember me, but I met you at the women's pro tour at Crystal City in Arlington Va. a month or so ago.
I'm just writing to thank you for your act of kindness for the website information, and most of all, helping me with and giving me pointers based on the way I play.
I immediately wrote down the information you gave me and refer to it.
Your tutorial videos would pop up on google searches, and I would refer to your videos. You are a good teacher, and have the unique ability to "customize" your teachings to the individual. I could also see that with the other people I watched you coach through that weekend.
So, a belated "Thank You", and good luck with this year in your career. I will see you in the future.

The thing I tell people about taking lessons from Jo is that she can explain how, and why, to do anything in racquetball at least 1600 different ways. During your lesson she will constantly check your understanding. She will ask you, “does that make sense” each time she explains something. If your answer is “no” she will explain it a different way. Eventually she will hit on the way that makes sense to you, the light bulb will come on and you will immediately improve… why? Because you understand. Jo has the knowledge and patience to explain things to your skill level whether you are a pro or are just getting started. If you are tired of losing, barely winning, or just want to take your game to the next level, come see Jo and do something about it. You will not regret it. – Mike Smalley
| "Jo thanks so much for bringing your MU.D.C.A.T camp to Miami! It really focused on the skills I need to improve most, and gave me some good practical drills I can practice. You made it all fun too. Great great great to meet you!" Tara Smith, FL
